Hours, Classes, and Retreats (Oh, My!)
There will NOT be class at Shambhala on Thursday, November 5.
I will not be at Stillwater on Sunday, November 8. Scott Schroeder will be teaching the morning classes there.
I will be teaching weekend classes at Shambhala. Here goes:
- Sunday November 15 at 5:00PM. This will be an inversion and supported backbend class. $15
- Saturday November 28. All day retreat. $100 Details will soon follow. Don’t freak out. Plenty of folks came to the day long retreat last year and had a lovely, relaxing day.
