Thursday

1:00 pm – 3:30 pm – arrival, check-in, get settled, start breathing, bending, knitting

4:00 pm – Yoga with Kquvien DeWeese

6:00 pm – dinner

8:00 pm – Whiskeyknitting, talk about what folks want out of the retreat, tweak schedule if we need to.

 

Friday

7:00 am – Coffee and Tea On

7:30 – 8:30  am – Breakfast

9:00 – 10:30 am – Yoga with Kquvien

11:00 am – 12:30 pm – knitting workshop

12:30 – 1:30  pm – lunch

1:30 – 3:45 pm – Field Trip or Free Time

6:00 – 7:00 pm – dinner

8:00 pm – evening knitting/individual project help

 

Saturday

7:00 am – Coffee and Tea On

7:30 – 8:30  am – Breakfast

9:00 – 10:30 – yoga with Kquvien

11:00 am – 12:30 pm – knitting class

12:30 – 1:30  pm – Lunch

1:30 – 3:45 pm  Field Trip or Free Time

5:00-5:45 restorative yoga with Kquvien

6:00 – 7:00 pm – Dinner

8:00 pm – Whiskeyknitting
