Weekend Classes
These classes do not happen every weekend, so watch here for updates. This class is a strong level 2 class, you must be practicing headstand to attend. Doing headstand at the wall is acceptable.
All classes are at Shambhala Meditation Center. The Shambhala Center is located at 1447 Church Street, Decatur. It is a beautiful place made for cultivating calmness and contentment.
